Here are our adoption policies. These help us to keep both our adopters and our
adoptees safe and happy! We reserve the right to change or modify these policies
at any time at our discretion. These policies are not up for negotiation or
discussion. If you feel you cannot abide by these policies, that's quite all
right, but don't bother sending in an adoption form.

- Adopter must be at least 25 years old and financially secure.
- We do not adopt horses or ponies that are to be used for young children.
- Must own property where horse is to be kept, or board at an approved
boarding facility.
- Access to dry footing with shelter
- No barbed wire on premises.
- At least one other equine on premises.
- No vaccines are permitted. Please visit our "Vaccines" page in our
"information" section.
- Adopter must reside in Washington state.
- We reserve the first right of refusal. We retain buy back rights for the
lifetime of the horse. Buy back is at 75% of the original adoption fee.
- Senior horses will be bought back for $0.
- Adopter horsemanship assessments will be done prior to meeting any horse in
ALL cases. No exceptions.
